This All-weather outdoor furniture cover Water Repellent Fabric is designed for outdoor furniture covers. It uses a high-density polyester fiber base material and is treated with a special waterproof coating process. The weight per square meter is 280 grams, which takes into account toughness and lightness.
The measured waterproof performance is stable. In the 30-minute spray test, there is no trace of water seepage on the back of the fabric, and the contact angle remains above 110°, effectively blocking rain penetration. At the same time, it has good breathability. Through the 24-hour water vapor transmission rate test, the value reaches 5000g/㎡, which prevents furniture from getting moldy due to stuffiness.
The surface of the fabric has been treated with UV protection. In the xenon lamp aging test, after 500 hours of irradiation, the tensile strength retention rate is still 85%, delaying the brittle cracking caused by long-term exposure. The edge adopts a double-line overlocking process, with a tear strength of 30N, which is suitable for the wrapping needs of furniture of different shapes such as tables, chairs, and sofas.
In daily use, dust can be directly washed away with clean water, and oil stains can be removed by gently wiping with a neutral detergent. There is no need to frequently disassemble and clean it, which reduces maintenance costs.
