This Outdoor Rainstorm Tent Water Pressure Fabric is designed for extreme weather conditions. Its core performance is reflected in the static water pressure value ≥5000mm (test standard: ISO 811), which means that in a continuous rainstorm environment, each square centimeter of fabric can withstand more than 50 kilograms of water pressure without water seepage, which is equivalent to withstanding heavy rainfall of 100 mm per hour (close to the level of heavy rainstorm).
The fabric adopts a three-layer composite structure: the outer layer is 420D Oxford cloth, which is splash-proof (water repellent angle ≥150°), which can quickly divert surface rainwater and reduce the water absorption load of the fabric; the middle layer is a 0.12mm thick TPU film, which is completely sealed through a hot melt adhesive composite process, and the seams are treated with high-temperature adhesive, with a strip width of ≥13mm to ensure that there is no hidden danger of pinhole leakage; the inner layer is a 150D breathable mesh, which can reduce the formation of internal condensation water through air microcirculation while isolating rainwater.
In actual use, the fabric maintains stable performance after environmental testing at -30℃ to 70℃, and the tear strength (warp/weft) reaches 350N and 320N respectively, which can resist the scratching of branches under strong winds. It is suitable for scenes such as high mountain camping and geological exploration that are exposed to bad weather for a long time, providing a durable and reliable waterproof barrier for the tent.
