This high wear-resistant PU coated polyester outdoor tent fabric uses high-strength polyester fiber as the base fabric, and the surface is evenly coated with PU by a special process, which takes into account durability and practicality.
The base fabric is made of 600D polyester fiber, with a tight warp and weft density and a tear strength of more than 300N. It is not easy to get snagged or damaged due to friction during daily construction and storage, and is suitable for long-term outdoor use. The thickness of the surface PU coating is controlled at 0.12-0.15mm, which can not only achieve a hydrostatic pressure waterproof effect of more than 8000mm, effectively block medium to heavy rain, but also retain a certain degree of breathability to reduce the accumulation of condensation water in the tent.
The fabric is treated with anti-ultraviolet rays, with a UPF value of ≥50. It is not easy to fade or age when exposed to the sun for a long time, which prolongs the service life of the tent. Its gram weight is controlled at 280-300g/㎡, which will not excessively increase the overall weight of the tent while ensuring strength, making it convenient to transport and carry.
