This Reinforced Hammock Support Low-Stretch Silk Oxford Fabric is made of 60% filament cotton and 40% high-strength nylon as the core materials, and is woven in plain weave. The weight per square meter is stable in the range of 180-200g.
The fabric has a warp and weft breaking strength of 350N/5cm and 320N/5cm respectively, which can withstand continuous tension under a static load of 120kg. Combined with the glass fiber reinforcement at the edge binding, it can reduce 80% of local deformation. The low elasticity is reflected in the maximum elongation of 2%. Even if multiple people use it at the same time, the hammock can maintain a stable shape and avoid the center of gravity shift caused by excessive stretching.
The surface is treated with Teflon water repellent, and the water drop contact angle is ≥110°, which can withstand short-term light rain. At the same time, it retains the breathability of the silk base, and the 24-hour air circulation volume reaches 800L/m² to avoid stuffiness. After 50 wash tests, the shrinkage rate of the fabric is controlled within 1% and the color fastness is maintained above level 4, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use.
