This Windproof Outerwear Low-Stretch Silk Oxford Fabric is a low-stretch silk Oxford fabric specially designed for windproof jackets. It is blended with 65% silk and 35% polyester, combining the breathability of natural fibers with the durability of synthetic fibers.
The fabric adopts a 2/2 twill structure with a warp and weft density of 200×180 strands/inch. The tight weaving method forms a natural windproof barrier, which can effectively block the penetration of airflow below level 8, while retaining the unique micro-breathability of silk to avoid stuffiness and sweat accumulation when wearing.
Through a special finishing process, the fabric has a 5% transverse stretch rate and a 3% longitudinal stretch rate. While ensuring the stability of the version, it provides basic freedom of movement and is suitable for daily commuting or light outdoor scenes. The surface is calendered to form a delicate matte texture, and the wrinkle resistance is improved by 40%. It is not easy to leave obvious creases after multiple folding.
The fabric weight is controlled at 180g/㎡, which is medium-light and thin. A single layer of fabric can meet the windproof needs in spring and autumn, and the inner lining can adapt to the early winter climate. The color fastness is above level 4, and it is not easy to fade in regular machine washing. The silk component has been treated with anti-shrinkage, and the size change rate after washing is less than 2%.
