Premium Car Cover Base Low-Stretch Silk Oxford Fabric uses combed filament Oxford as the base, and incorporates 3% spandex fiber to form a low-elastic structure. The stretch rate is controlled between 8%-12%, which not only retains the stiffness of the fabric, but also adapts to the curvature of different car models.
The fabric is woven by a double-strand interlacing process, with 120 warp and weft threads per square inch, and a density of 240T. The surface is treated with Teflon three-proof coating, and the water drop contact angle is ≥110°, which can block rainwater penetration while maintaining breathability. The 24-hour moisture permeability reaches 8000g/㎡, avoiding the accumulation of condensed water in the car.
The surface layer uses 0.02mm ultra-fine denier nylon yarn to form a smooth and wear-resistant surface. The Martindale wear test reaches more than 10,000 turns, which can resist wind and sand friction and ultraviolet aging. After 300 hours of ultraviolet aging test, the breaking strength retention rate is still over 85%.
The base fabric contains 15% recycled polyester fiber, taking into account both environmental protection and structural strength. The overall weight is controlled at 280g/㎡, which ensures protective performance while reducing the pulling force during covering, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use.
