Foldable Chair Cover Jacquard Fabric

This Foldable Chair Cover Jacquard Fabric is woven with a blend of 80% polyester and 20% cotton. The polyester fiber component gives the fabric good wrinkle resistance and wear resistance. It is not easy to produce stubborn creases after multiple folding and storage, and can resist minor scratches in daily use; the cotton component improves the breathability of the fabric to avoid long-term covering and causing the chair surface to become stuffy. ​

The surface of the fabric presents a three-dimensional pattern through a precision jacquard process, with a pattern density of 120 needles per square inch, which not only enhances the structural strength of the fabric, but also forms a tiny concave and convex texture, which can increase the friction with the chair surface and reduce the sliding of the chair cover during use. This jacquard structure also makes the fabric have a certain elasticity, which can adapt to the size deviation of folding chairs of different specifications, with a stretch range of 5%-8%, and stable rebound performance.​

The fabric is waterproof, with a surface water drop contact angle of ≥90°, making it easy to wipe off spilled beverages. It has also been tested for UV resistance, and its color fastness remains above level 4 after 600 hours of outdoor exposure, making it less likely to fade. The fabric weighs 280 grams per square meter, taking into account both the crispness and portability of the fabric. The folded thickness is only 3 mm, which does not take up too much storage space.
