Hammock Rainproof Canopy Filament Polyester Fabric

This Hammock Rainproof Canopy Filament Polyester Fabric is based on high-density textile technology. It contains more than 300 filament fibers per square inch, and the fiber diameter is controlled at 15-20 microns, forming a tight physical barrier that can effectively block vertically falling rainwater. It has been tested to be leak-free for more than 6 hours in medium to heavy rain. ​

The surface of the fabric is treated with a special water-repellent coating and adopts a fluorine-free and environmentally friendly formula. The contact angle reaches more than 110°. Water droplets falling on the surface will quickly condense and slide off, reducing the weight increase of the fabric after absorbing water and avoiding deformation of the canopy structure caused by water accumulation. At the same time, the filament polyester material itself has UV resistance, with a UPF value of 50+, which can filter more than 98% of UV rays and protect the items in the hammock from aging due to direct sunlight. ​

The weight of the fabric is stable at 180-200g/㎡, taking into account durability and lightweight. The breaking strength in the warp and weft directions is ≥300N/5cm and ≥250N/5cm respectively. It can withstand the pulling and wind and rain impact in daily use, and the wear resistance exceeds 5000 times, which is suitable for long-term outdoor use. In addition, the fabric has a certain breathability, with a breathability of 50-80L/(㎡・h), which can reduce the temperature difference and condensation inside and outside the canopy, and maintain a relatively comfortable microenvironment inside. ​

It can be machine washed when cleaning, and the water temperature does not exceed 30℃. After natural drying, the water repellency can be restored by more than 90%. After multiple washings, it can still maintain the basic rainproof effect without frequent replacement. ​
