This Heavy-Duty Car Cover Dust-Proof Fabric adopts a three-layer composite structure. The outer layer is 210D Oxford cloth, which is treated with Teflon waterproof coating, which can effectively block rainwater penetration and reduce static adsorption; the middle layer is a high-density melt-blown non-woven fabric with a fiber diameter of only 10-20 microns, which can filter more than 90% of PM2.5 and dust particles through physical interception; the inner layer is a soft short-pile cloth to avoid friction and damage to the car paint.
The fabric weighs 380 grams per square meter, with a tear strength of ≥30N, and it still maintains a complete structure after 500 rubbing tests. The edge adopts a double-line overlocking process, combined with a copper eyelet buckle, which can be tightly fixed to the car cover frame, and will not cause displacement friction under a wind force of level 6.
It is suitable for long-term parking of cars, SUVs and other models, especially suitable for use in dusty industrial areas, around construction sites or outdoor open-air environments. For daily maintenance, you only need to rinse the surface with clean water and let it dry naturally to restore the dust-proof performance, avoiding fabric loss caused by frequent disassembly and cleaning.
