All-Weather Raincoat Anti UV Fabric

This All-Weather Raincoat Anti UV Fabric is based on high-density polyester fiber and is woven by a special process. It contains 1,200 fiber nodes per square inch to form a natural windproof barrier. The surface of the fabric is covered with a 0.01mm thick transparent PU coating, which is fixed by a 3-layer padding process. It can not only withstand 8000mm water pressure (equivalent to continuous flushing of medium to heavy rain for 8 hours without water seepage), but also maintain good breathability. It can discharge 500g of water vapor every 24 hours to avoid internal stuffiness when worn. ​

For UV protection, the fabric is integrated with titanium dioxide particles. According to laboratory testing, the UPF value is stable at 50+, which can block more than 98% of UVA and UVB rays. Even after 50 washes, the protection performance remains more than 90% of the initial state.​

The fabric weight is controlled at 180g/㎡, which is both tear-resistant (warp tear strength reaches 35N) and lightweight. After folding, the volume is only 1/3 of that of an ordinary raincoat, making it easy to carry. The edges are hemmed to reduce friction and pilling, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use. Whether it is hiking, cycling or daily commuting, it can provide stable protection.
