This Outdoor Travel Rain Poncho Anti UV Fabric is designed with practical functions as the core. The main body of the fabric is made of high-density polyester fiber. After special processing, the weight per square meter is controlled at 80-100 grams, which not only ensures a tear strength of more than 30N, but also can be folded into a fist size, and only takes up about 5% of the backpack space after storage.
In terms of rainproof performance, the surface of the fabric is attached with a 0.1mm thick fluorine-free waterproof membrane. After passing the 3000mm hydrostatic pressure test, it can withstand medium to heavy rain for 2 hours without water seepage, and the air permeability of the membrane layer is maintained at 5000g/24h㎡, avoiding internal heat and sweat accumulation during exercise.
The anti-ultraviolet function is achieved through physical sunscreen. The fabric weaving density reaches 200T. With the addition of titanium dioxide particles, the UPF value is stable at 50+, which can block more than 98% of UVA and UVB, and reduce the risk of skin sunburn even in high-light environments.
The fabric edge is double-stitched, and the stitch spacing is controlled within 2mm to enhance durability. After 50 wash tests, the attenuation rate of various performance indicators is less than 10%, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use.
