Dust-proof Anti Static Fabric for waterproof raincoats

This Dust-proof Anti Static Fabric for waterproof raincoats is designed for scenes that need to deal with dust, static electricity and rain at the same time. Its core advantage lies in the three-layer functional structure. The outer layer is woven with high-density polyester fiber and treated with Teflon waterproof coating. It can achieve waterproof effect of more than 5000mm water pressure while maintaining breathability. Rainwater falling on the surface will form complete water droplets and roll down to avoid penetrating into the inner layer. ​

The middle layer is implanted with 0.01mm ultra-fine carbon fiber grid, which neutralizes static electricity by continuously releasing weak charges. After testing, the surface resistance of the fabric can be stably controlled between 10^6-10^8Ω, effectively preventing surface pollution caused by static electricity adsorption of dust. It is especially suitable for use in sensitive environments such as electronic workshops and dusty workshops. ​

The inner layer uses modified polypropylene fiber, which has both moisture absorption and perspiration resistance and wear resistance. The weight per square meter is controlled at 180g, which not only ensures the stiffness of the fabric for easy cutting and sewing, but also reduces the sense of weight when wearing a raincoat. After 50 water washing tests, the attenuation rate of each performance indicator was less than 15%, which can meet the needs of long-term repeated use.
