This Car Cover Weather Resistant UV Resistant Anti Static Fabric adopts a three-layer composite structure design. The outer layer is high-density polyester fiber, which is treated with a special waterproof coating. After contact with rainwater, it will form beads and roll down. The water permeability in the 24-hour static waterproof test is less than 0.5%, which can effectively cope with medium to heavy rain weather. ​

Anti-ultraviolet particles are added to the middle layer. According to laboratory testing, the UV blocking rate of 280-400nm wavelength is 99%. After continuous exposure to the sun for 72 hours, the surface temperature of the simulated car paint under the fabric is 12℃ lower than that of ordinary fabrics, which can reduce the aging of the interior and the fading of the car paint caused by direct sunlight. ​

The inner layer adopts a conductive wire weaving process, and the surface resistance value is controlled in the range of 10^6-10^9Ω, which can quickly release the static electricity generated by friction. After repeated friction in a dry environment for 100 times, there is still no static electricity adsorption of dust, which prevents fine particles from scratching the paint surface.​

The overall weight of the fabric is 280g/㎡, the tensile strength is 350N, and the edges are double-sewn. It can still maintain flexibility in an environment of -30℃ to 70℃, making it suitable for use throughout the year in multiple climate regions.
